I bought two of these for my and my girlfriend's bike. are quick and easy to install in my Tacoma. I was a bit worried that something so small would be able to accommodate up to strong winds and high speeds. I got it yesterday on the highway and at 70 km/h the bike barely move. makes loading the bikes a easy and fast, so we can only put them in bed and go. the only recommendation is for but a cable lock to ensure that the bikes are safe.

It took a while to figure out the mounting system (needs better indications), but once I did it went quickly. It is heavy and easily handles 2 tanks steel tank military style green 20 liters with spout with ease. I suggest you do not use the 2 wing nuts that hold the cans in place, but rather using lock nuts and carry a key to make it a little more difficult for someone just taking your cans. and it looks as good as it performs.

Strong. easily bolts together. naturally moves the stop light # 3 so it doesn't work with a larger tire no problem. the only problem is, it doesn't fit a 5 on 5 "diameter tessellation. works for 5 on 4.5 "and 5 on 5.5" only. you're going to have to drill holes for a fresh setup ", and 5 unless you can touch them will never work as well as the design.

I just got done putting this in my 2001 Tacoma. the same mount works very well-the tyre is definitely held tightly, and it is very easy (and advisable) to snake a cable lock around the spare and through the mountain to ensure your wheel. It does not come with any instructions, although it is very simple. 4 bolts to attach it to the bed and then sandwich the tyre between the mount and the cover plate. good design and looking pretty snazzy. of note-mount
